iPhone Touch Sensing Electrical Design Engineer

As an iPhone Touch Sensing Electrical Design Engineer, you will join the iPhone Touch Sensing Technology team to develop high-precision, low-latency MultiTouch solutions for mobile devices. You will own the design and release of touch sensing hardware components while driving validation, performance optimization, and reliability readiness for mass production. Your daily work involves spearheading calibration and test strategies, performing failure mode analysis from root cause to corrective action, and exploring emerging sensors through proof-of-concept investigations. The role requires expertise in system-level electrical engineering design, architecture, characterization, and signal analysis. You will utilize Python, MATLAB, and SPICE for simulation and modeling while applying knowledge of physics, linear algebra, and statistics. This position addresses the technical challenge of creating advanced sensing technologies that ensure high-quality user experiences through innovative hardware integration and sophisticated circuit design.
