The iPhone System Reliability Engineer joins the iPhone system reliability team to ensure products exceed expectations for robustness, durability, and reliability. Technical tools include Tableau for building dashboards, Keynote, and Excel for presentations, along with Python or R for data extraction. You will solve complex electromechanical and mechanical design challenges through cross-functional collaboration with design, electrical, quality, and manufacturing teams.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with industry experience.
Master’s degree or PhD in engineering or science (preferred).
Ability to travel internationally without restriction.
Familiarity with failure analysis methodology to identify root causes.
Familiarity with tools such as Tableau for building dashboards.
Ability to create clear and concise presentations using Keynote and Excel.
Statistical experience such as Weibull, JMP, or familiarity with accelerated test models (preferred).
Proficiency in Python, R, or other languages for data extraction and reliability analysis (preferred).
