What you'll do

  • Lead comprehensive audits of AI platforms, focusing on Generative and Agentic systems across their lifecycle.
  • Review data governance, privacy, bias mitigation strategies for training and inference data used in AI models.
  • Assess the rigor of AI model design, testing, validation, explainability frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Evaluate controls around AI deployment, performance monitoring, drift detection, versioning, and incident response processes.
  • Identify risks related to AI bias, fairness, transparency, intellectual property, data leakage, and unintended outputs.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in technology audit
  • At least 2 years of AI audit experience
  • Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI frameworks, and data privacy regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of IT general controls, cybersecurity frameworks, and data governance principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels
