What you'll do

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive AI/GenAI assurance strategy.
  • Lead the development of innovative, AI-enabled audit methods across domains.
  • Define and champion the GenAI tooling strategy for Internal Audit.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on all AI-related audit matters.
  • Attract, build, and retain a diverse, high-caliber team specializing in AI assurance.
  • Ensure timely validation of regulatory and internal audit issues related to AI/GenAI.

What we're looking for

  • At least 15 years of diversified management experience in audit, technology, or data-focused roles.
  • Proven experience with AI/ML systems including model development, validation, and auditing.
  • Strong understanding of internal audit standards and risk management frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of IT governance frameworks and key AI regulations.
  • Familiarity with MLOps principles, cloud-based AI/ML platforms, and AI-specific security risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
