What you'll do

  • Conduct risk assessments for AI governance within the Engineering division.
  • Develop responses to regulatory inquiries regarding the firm’s use of AI.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts to ensure compliance with technology regulations.
  • Advise senior leadership on risks and regulatory impacts related to AI technologies.
  • Analyze technology-related regulations and trends to identify potential gaps.
  • Partner with impacted groups to support new regulatory requirements implementation.
  • Deliver training and communications on compliance issues for the Engineering division.

What we're looking for

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in compliance or risk management with technology focus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree in information security/risk management preferred
  • Familiarity with AI deployment risks in the financial sector
  • Understanding of global regulatory environment for cyber security, information security, data governance, and AI
  • Experience with cyber regulatory requirements and technology incident reporting
  • Ability to communicate clearly at senior levels and challenge stakeholders effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in complex situations
