What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success in a relevant major (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
Initiative, passion for learning, and a growth mindset are required.
Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication through active listening.
Exposure to SQL/PLSQL, cloud basics, integration patterns, data migration tools, reporting tools, and data visualization tools.
Experience with AI assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT) and exposure to web services, API, or Java frameworks (preferred).
