Integration and Operations Lead

What you'll do

• Leads staffing and hiring processes, including tracking new hires and maintaining administrative tasks.
• Facilitates weekly staffing meetings and implements solutions for staffing challenges.
• Manages resource readiness and coordinates onboarding tasks for new employees.
• Analyzes training currency and ensures compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Develops and implements EI&E processes, collecting and reporting engineering metrics.
• Coordinates proposal reviews and delivers status reports to leadership regularly.

What we're looking for

• At least 10 years of professional/military experience with functional leadership roles (Master’s degree required).
• Experience developing and managing processes across large organizations.
• Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and special program access (PAR).
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Background working in classified environments with classified computer systems.
• Experience using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence preferred.
