What you'll do

Manage daily activities to meet contractual commitments outlined in the Maintenance Agreement.
Lead relationships with local service partners and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate internal resources for maintenance and support activities.
Ensure compliance with response and restoration time commitments.
Monitor system availability metrics and report monthly to customers.
Identify new sales opportunities by working with customers and Motorola AEs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in IT or Technology field required.
At least 3 years of experience in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, System Maintenance (public safety system preferred).
Proven track record working with enterprise hardware and software solutions; HP preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems (MCSA/MCSE skills) and SQL Server.
Ability to troubleshoot application system issues including hardware, network, and third-party components.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
