Infrastructure Service Delivery Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage and deploy IT equipment within the Corporate Data Center.
• Oversee third-party vendors for data center operations and maintenance.
• Build and deliver key reports on data center activities and metrics.
• Provide technical guidance to other IT teams on core processes.
• Ensure accurate electrical power distribution systems in data center.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of Information Technology experience or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale data center environments and IT asset management.
• Knowledge of data center architecture, electrical power systems, and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot network and system issues efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and server, storage, networking technologies.
