What you'll do

Design, build, and maintain infrastructure technology solutions based on customer needs.
Manage production support by leading calls and resolving critical system issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
Experience with Elasticsearch and common troubleshooting.
Experience with monitoring and logging platforms.
Competent Linux administration skills.
Basic experience with package management for product installation.
Expert level proficiency in running Ansible playbooks.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell Scripting or Python.
