Bonus points for prior roles as Controls Engineer or similar, knowledge of industrial communication protocols like OPC UA, Modbus, and PROFINET, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms in industrial contexts.

What you'll do

  • Assess clients' manufacturing technology landscapes and define target state OT/IT architectures.
  • Design integration across ISA 95 levels for edge-to-cloud manufacturing solutions.
  • Build digital manufacturing roadmaps considering operational constraints and investments.
  • Translate plant floor needs into solution designs aligning engineering, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases quantifying value from OEE improvement, quality gains, and reduced downtime.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing environments with direct plant floor operations exposure.
  • At least 5 years designing or delivering integration architectures for ERP, MES, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
  • Proven ability to assess current technology landscapes and define target state OT/IT architectures.
  • Experience translating operational needs into solution designs that align engineering, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing business cases for manufacturing technology modernization projects.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols like OPC UA, Modbus, PROFINET, and ISA 95 frameworks.
