Proven track record of architecting complex HR system solutions from conception to completion.
Expert-level analytical skills for translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Strong collaboration with software development teams and Solutions Engineers on technical designs.
U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. required, willingness to travel up to 25%.
