What you'll do

  • Offers feedback to leadership regarding system performance and user comments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 6 years of relevant experience in IT, networking, software, or hardware.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance and valid passport with at least 2 years remaining.
  • Ability to obtain IBCS associate instructor certification within 6 months of hire date.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems at the operator level.
  • Must be willing to travel approximately 75% OCONUS for training and support activities.
