What you'll do

Design, configure, and support integrations between Hyland OnBase and internal web applications.
Develop solutions for secure and reliable file transfers between external partners and internal systems.
Implement document management and business process automation features within the Record Management System.
Build and maintain API integrations using C#, .NET, SQL, and SSIS.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure secure and compliant system performance.
Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical solutions and documentation.
Manage Hyland OnBase administration, configuration, and application interoperability.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to successfully receive interim approval for a government security clearance.
Must have 1 or more years of experience supporting or developing integrations with Hyland OnBase.
Must have experience with enterprise content management, system configuration, and application interoperability.
Must be proficient in C#, .NET, SQL, SSIS, HTML, and CSS.
Must have experience designing and implementing API integrations.
Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
Experience with OnBase Workflow, Unity Client, Unity APIs, and document import processes (preferred).
