What you'll do

Understand requirements and user stories to conduct risk-based testing.
Detect and solve production issues beyond the current scope of work.
Investigate test failures in production to identify design flaws and suggest solutions.
Write clean, high-quality code that is maintainable and extendable.
Mentor team members and lead on projects to improve productivity.
Drive adoption of best practices for code health, testing, and maintainability.
Provide accurate estimations and manage risks for team members' time.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in web application development or quality assurance
Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and shell scripting
Familiarity with RESTful web services and tools like Postman, Rest-assured, Playwright, Wiremock
Experience with Continuous Delivery practices and containerization technologies (Docker)
Understanding of performance testing concepts and tools, and experience with test automation frameworks
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Fluency in English
