  • Troubleshoot and resolve OS, application, and networking issues on Linux platforms.
  • Automate system administration tasks using BASH scripting and configuration management tools.
  • Optimize resource utilization and capacity planning for efficient HPC operations.

What we're looking for

  • B.S. in a technical discipline or 8 years of equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Linux OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with parallel file systems (Lustre/GPFS) and high-speed interconnects.
  • Strong skills in Bash scripting, software compilation/installation, and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of HPC workload management using Slurm, git, Salt, Ansible.
  • Familiarity with operations tooling like Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios.
  • Must hold DoD 8570 IATII Level Certification.
