What you'll do
Build product-level revenue and gross margin forecasts for near-term and long-term business performance.
Partner with CPO and CTO on capital deployment, including headcount planning and capacity modeling aligned with the product roadmap.
Own EPD performance tracking and reporting, ensuring focus on high-signal metrics and partnering with Data teams for data hygiene.
Serve as a critical voice in long-range strategic decisions, providing analytical support on cross-functional priorities.
Synthesize Product narrative for quarterly Board meetings, presenting business performance and strategic progress in executive-ready materials.
What we're looking for
15+ years of finance experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth tech company.
Deep expertise in product P&L finance including revenue forecasting, gross margin analysis, and capacity planning.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make business judgments based on financial data.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
Excellent communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders and Board-level audiences.
Experience partnering with engineering and product leaders preferred.
