What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in HR technology or related systems-focused roles.
Proven track record managing high-performing teams in People Technology.
Extensive Workday expertise including configuration and system governance.
Experience building and owning a complex Workday roadmap.
Strong background in HR systems integrations, data flows, and compliance.
