What you'll do
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers to deliver cutting-edge agentic commerce platforms.
Write, test, and deploy production-grade code for complex software solutions using modern AI technologies.
Design telemetry and observability dashboards to monitor the performance and health of agentic commerce systems.
Define detailed requirements in ambiguous environments to drive product development with minimal initial specifications.
Integrate Agentic AI coding platforms to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality.

Stay updated on industry trends, benchmarking technology against competitors to inform strategic decisions.
What we're looking for
Over 15 years of senior Engineering or Technology leadership experience with recent hands-on coding.
Proven track record leading teams of experienced engineers to deliver complex agentic commerce products.
Extensive experience with telemetry and observability tools for system reliability and performance monitoring.
Hands-on experience writing and deploying production-grade code, proficient in the software development lifecycle.
Practical proficiency using Agentic AI coding platforms like Devin.AI and GitHub Copilot to build complex applications.
Demonstrable hands-on experience designing and shipping products utilizing Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java and Swift for building high-performance applications.
