Hardware Systems Design and Integration Engineer

What you'll do

• Own schematic design, layout direction, and design reviews for rigid PCBs, SIPs, and flexible circuits.
• Perform hands-on prototype bring-up, hardware debugging, and failure analysis.
• Create thorough validation plans and work with contract manufacturers to characterize prototypes.
• Define and drive manufacturing test requirements to enable high-volume production ramps.
• Lead multi-disciplinary investigations across electrical, mechanical, and software domains to identify root causes.
• Optimize hardware designs within tight volumetric, thermal, and power constraints.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience designing electronics and/or embedded systems.
• Strong Electrical Engineering fundamentals including analog/digital design and signal/power integrity.
• Hands-on experience in prototyping, bring-up, debug, and validation.
• Proficiency in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and frequency counters.
• Experience with high volume consumer electronics from proof of concept to mass production (preferred).
• Expertise in HDI PCB, flex, and/or SIP designs including schematic and layout (preferred).
• Knowledge in CPU/SOC, power management, analog circuits, audio, RF integration, or sensor design (preferred).
