What you'll do

  • Independently manage customer hardware applications engagements from concept to mass production.
  • Provide technical guidance and issue resolution for assigned customers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Perform hands-on debug of complex system-level issues involving power, performance, connectivity, and peripherals.
  • Analyze customer requirements and map them to Qualcomm platforms with a plan of record.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks or limitations in customer projects.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience with SoC-based system design and bring-up.
  • Working knowledge of high-speed peripherals and interfaces like USB, PCIe, CSI, DSI.
  • Experience reviewing and debugging high-speed PCB designs.
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages for diagnostics and automation.
  • Prior customer-facing engineering roles in Applications Engineering, Systems Engineering, etc.
  • Ability to execute independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
