What you'll do
Lead schematics design and PCB layouts for AI SoC/SIP motherboards.
Develop test plans and collaborate on mechanical and thermal designs.
Resolve architecture and design issues across system, card, and rack levels.
Support rack-level integration of cards, servers, and networking switches.
Provide technical oversight in factory processes and manufacturing consistency.
Coordinate with ODMs to develop customer-specific hardware requirements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field and 6+ years of hardware engineering experience.
Master's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of hardware engineering or related work experience.
Experience with rack-level system integration, including power delivery and thermal management.
Expertise in board-level design, including PCIe cards and high-speed interfaces.
Proficiency in schematic capture tools (Cadence Allegro) and circuit simulation software.
