A MS or Ph.D., along with practical expertise in Explicit Model Following and Adaptive Control techniques, is preferred, as well as the ability to generate C/C++ code from Simulink models. This role demands a current U.S. Top Secret clearance and offers opportunities to work on advanced tactical missile systems at the forefront of aerospace innovation.

What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and assess GNC architectures for autonomous systems.

  • Test and validate GNC designs using simulation tools like MATLAB and Simulink.
  • Apply advanced control techniques such as Explicit Model Following and Dynamic Inversion.

  • Ensure system-wide integration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

What we're looking for

  • 3 or more years of experience in GNC engineering or related technical field.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge in flight mechanics, control theory, estimation, and filtering techniques.
  • Proficiency with GNC simulation tools like MATLAB and Simulink.
  • Practical experience developing GNC designs for high-speed flight systems.
  • Experience with Explicit Model Following, Dynamic Inversion, and Adaptive Control techniques.
  • Ability to generate C or C++ code from Simulink models.
  • Current Active U.S. Top Secret clearance preferred.
