What you'll do

  • Triage security events, prioritizing and escalating incidents as needed.
  • Support communication during incidents with clear documentation of actions.
  • Coordinate response teams effectively for incident resolution.
  • Adhere to and enforce established incident response protocols strictly.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma and at least two years of work experience.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
  • Technical proficiency with security systems and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
  • U.S. citizenship or eligibility for employment in the U.S.
  • Experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or government preferred.
