What you'll do

  • Lead the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Analytics across Avigilon platform.
  • Define end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled security systems from initial detection to forensic search.
  • Ensure consistent AI capabilities across Avigilon products by partnering with various product teams.
  • Bridge research and engineering to define detailed requirements for new AI features and make critical technical decisions.
  • Address customer issues related to AI performance, working with engineering to improve real-world system performance.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop effective messaging and high-quality product collateral for AI capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, focusing on AI/ML.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and advanced video analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Language Models (VLMs).
  • Proficiency in Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks.
  • Strong systems thinking ability for edge-to-cloud AI implementations.
  • Exceptional influencing skills to navigate matrixed organizations effectively.
  • Proven hybrid leadership mindset, capable of individual contribution and mentoring.
