What you'll do

  • Lead the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Analytics across Avigilon platform.
  • Define end-to-end user experiences enabled by AI from initial detection to forensic search within systems.
  • Ensure cohesive AI capabilities across Video Management Software, Access Control, Appliances, and Devices.
  • Bridge research and engineering teams to define detailed requirements for new AI features and make technical decisions.
  • Address customer issues related to AI performance in the field and work with engineering to improve systems based on real-world data.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, focusing on AI/ML.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and advanced video analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Language Models (VLMs).
  • Proficiency in Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to visualize edge-to-cloud AI implementations across the system.
  • Strong influencing skills for navigating matrixed organizations and gaining trust.
  • Exceptional communication skills, translating technical concepts into user value.
