What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in partnerships, investment banking, consulting, or strategic business development (8+ years)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for strategy support
  • Proficiency in negotiating contracts and building consensus among stakeholders
  • Experience in consumer financial services with technology-based partnership building
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Autonomous work style with high motivation to exceed expectations
  • Knowledge of neobanking space and payments/money movement beneficial
