What you'll do

  • Analyze and drive financial performance of the Enterprise Segment, focusing on revenue from all solution areas.
  • Create high-quality deal analytics and engage in customer engagements under Modern Finance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft policies on risk and compliance, advocating best practices throughout the organization.
  • Partner with Account teams and Industry leaders to deliver operational excellence and business growth.
  • Influence decision-making by providing strategic feedback and insights for new business opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis experience OR equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
  • Proven track record in matrix-based organizations and the technology or software industry.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting accuracy, and deal-specific investment management.
  • Experience in driving operational excellence, business growth, and compliance across high-stake deals.
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership and promote a culture of transparency and trust.
