Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, integrating, and testing mission system equipment onto airborne platforms, collaborating with Hardware Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, and Integration/Test teams to create flexible test facilities for development and testing purposes. You will ensure local efforts align with flight test requirements, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to the System Integration Testing of various projects such as System Integration Labs (SILs), Deployable Shelters, and Fixed Facility systems. This role requires expertise in UAV technology, systems engineering, network/IT experience, and technical report writing, along with a preference for DoD Top Secret Clearance and willingness to travel extensively.

  • Coordinate with Hardware, Platform, Software Engineering teams to create flexible test facilities.
  • Resolve technical issues in real-time during ground and flight tests.
  • Support the integration of System Integration Labs, Deployable Shelters, and Fixed Facilities.
  • Ensure local efforts align with flight test requirements and anomalies are promptly addressed.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
  • Experience in developmental flight test support and lab/system test support.
  • Proficiency with UAV technology and systems engineering/network/IT.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong team leadership skills and capability for technical report writing.
