What you'll do

  • Lead and grow a practice of Google Cloud engineers by managing workforce and mentoring team members.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy complex cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud across the entire service delivery lifecycle.
  • Act as a key technical advisor for sales and delivery, providing expertise for assets and offerings.
  • Manage and mentor on-shore and off-shore project teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering and Agile methodologies within the practice.
  • Execute high-impact solutions in Google Cloud domains such as Data & AI, Security Operations, and Application Modernization.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in client-facing technology roles.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience architecting and delivering solutions on GCP.
  • Proven leadership with at least 3 years managing and mentoring technical teams.
  • Experience leading global project teams and handling multiple concurrent projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in product-led engineering, operating models, and best practices.
  • Deep expertise across GCP ecosystem including Terraform, CI/CD tools, and containerization.
