What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in algorithm design, software development, and mathematical modeling with Python and MATLAB expertise.
Demonstrated experience in guidance, navigation, and control (GNC), trajectory prediction, state estimation, or predictive models for vehicle dynamics.
Exposure to resource modeling and control systems for asset tasking and allocation in command and control environments.
Solid understanding of applied mathematics, including linear algebra, optimization, and statistics for physics-based modeling and simulation.
Exposure to mission engineering, simulation, and modeling to translate operational requirements into validated technical models.
Familiarity with path planning and graph search algorithms such as A* and D* Lite.
Exposure to machine learning as applied to planning and decision-making, including reinforcement learning and behavior prediction.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience with Rust for high-performance, safety-critical software (preferred).
Background in physics-based modeling of interceptors or other high-speed aerial vehicles (preferred).
