What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in systems engineering across full product lifecycle
Deep expertise in systems engineering processes, requirements management, and verification/validation
Proven ability to standardize systems engineering practices and tools in large-scale environments
Strong knowledge of system "-ilities" (HFE, weight, E3, reliability, maintainability, safety)
Superior communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience mentoring and leading geographically dispersed teams globally
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
