As a GenAI Automation Architect – AI-Driven Quality Engineering Transformation, you will join the Quality Engineering organization to lead the adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across the quality engineering lifecycle. You will design and implement intelligent AI agents for test case generation, defect analysis, self-healing frameworks, and legacy automation modernization while defining the enterprise-scale roadmap and governance strategy. Your daily work involves architecting solutions using Python, Java, Selenium, Playwright, and API Automation. You will leverage modern AI ecosystems including Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, GitHub Copilot, and Anthropic Claude. This role solves the technical challenge of transforming quality engineering practices through agentic workflows, RAG, and responsible AI practices to improve productivity and operational efficiency across the software development lifecycle.
Lead the transformation of Quality Engineering practices using GenAI-powered automation and agentic workflows.
Design and implement intelligent AI agents for test case generation, defect analysis, and self-healing frameworks.
Architect enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using leading AI platforms and orchestration frameworks.
Define and execute the AI-driven Quality Engineering roadmap, governance strategy, and value realization metrics.
Mentor engineering and QA teams to foster an AI-first culture focused on innovation and delivery excellence.
Integrate emerging AI technologies into enterprise engineering ecosystems to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Implement AI-assisted software development and testing practices across the entire software development lifecycle.
What we're looking for
16+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, Test Automation, and enterprise-scale quality transformation programs.
Hands-on expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI-powered test automation.
Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Selenium, Playwright, API Automation, and designing scalable test automation frameworks.
Deep knowledge of Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Proven experience defining Quality Engineering strategies, automation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and leading globally distributed engineering teams.
Experience building agentic AI solutions using Semantic Kernel, MCP, AI Skills, multi-agent architectures, and autonomous workflow frameworks (preferred).
Expertise implementing AI-assisted software development and testing practices across the SDLC (preferred).
Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI technologies into enterprise engineering ecosystems (preferred).
