What you'll do

  • Lead the development of multi-agent AI solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.
  • Build scalable agentic applications featuring memory management, tool integrations, and inter-agent communication.
  • Develop and optimize RAG solutions, vector database integrations, and prompt engineering strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery from proof of concept to production deployment, including CI/CD and monitoring.
  • Support Claude Enterprise adoption through platform integrations, governance, and user enablement.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to AI engineers.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and technical recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and foundation models to improve solution capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience focused on AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying production-grade agentic AI or multi-agent solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with Claude, OpenAI GPT, Gemini, or open-source foundation models, including prompt engineering and RAG implementations.
  • Advanced Python development skills and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern software engineering practices.
