What you'll do

Serve as a strategic partner to division leadership, driving G&A outcomes that unblock programs and growth.
Own ambiguous problems end-to-end, defining solutions and implementing them without clear guidance.
Build durable processes and frameworks that scale with the business line’s expanding footprint and complexity.
Lead high-impact special projects that do not fit neatly into any one function's charter.
Provide FAR/DFARS guidance and draft contract briefs for PMs and executives in contract management.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in G&A disciplines like operations, contracts management, or security
Proven ability to handle ambiguity and drive complex problem-solving to resourced solutions
Strong cross-functional communication skills for large group meetings and senior leadership briefings
Self-driven and proactive approach to identifying and filling gaps without direct assignment
U.S. Person status with the capability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance
Specific experience in contract lifecycle management, FAR/DFARS knowledge (for Contracts spike)
Deep understanding of multiple security disciplines from collateral through SAP/SCI (for Security spike)
