Full Stack Software Developer - TS/SCI with Polygraph
The Full Stack Software Developer joins a highly skilled team providing cyber security risk management services across multiple fabrics and centers. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining web application backends using Java and Spring Boot. Key responsibilities include automating deployment processes for containerized applications on AWS ECS, integrating external authentication via SAML or OAuth, and implementing data workflows using Lambda, S3, and SQS. The developer will ingest and normalize data from other agencies while enforcing fine-grained access controls for sensitive PII and classified records. Required technical skills include SQL, Linux CLI, CloudFormation, and experience with Jenkins or AWS CodeBuild. Design, implement, and maintain web application backends using Java and Spring Boot.
Automate and document deployment processes for containerized web applications on AWS ECS.
Integrate web applications with external identity providers using SAML and OAuth.
Implement AWS data workflows using Lambda, S3, SQS, and containerized Java processors.
Ingest, normalize, log, and republish data from various external agencies.

What we're looking for
Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Must have 5+ years of related experience.
Must have experience with Java, including Spring Boot, and SQL.
Must have experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager, Elastic Container Registry, and CloudFormation.
Must have experience with containers, Linux CLI, and schema validation for JSON and/or XML.
Security Clearance Level : TS/SCI with active polygraph.
