What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and teams focused on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
Design and implement large-scale, cloud-native systems with high reliability and performance requirements.
Provide technical leadership to shape system architecture and long-term technology direction across multiple teams.
Develop robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools, container orchestration, and various programming languages.
Partner with architects and product leaders to define platform roadmaps and shared services strategies.
Mentor engineers and drive professional development within the engineering community.
Establish and enforce coding standards and design patterns across multiple technical teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
9+ years of experience coding with more than two of the following: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala (preferred).
5+ years of experience contributing to open source frameworks (preferred).
5+ years of experience with front-end JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks (preferred).
4+ years of experience with database management systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control (preferred).
