What you'll do

Architect and develop performant web interfaces and real-time AI chat interfaces using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
Build resilient, high-throughput microservices and APIs using Python/FastAPI and Node.js/TypeScript.
Integrate AI agent capabilities into core enterprise systems and legacy software via tool-calling and function-calling paradigms.
Architect and integrate heterogeneous AI systems including rule-based, retrieval-augmented, and generative components into production pipelines.
Lead a portfolio of technology projects and provide technical leadership to a team of developers.
Drive end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale, distributed, or cloud-native systems with high reliability.
Partner with architects and product leaders to define platform roadmaps and shared services strategy.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
9+ years of experience coding with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala (preferred).
5+ years of experience with front-end JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks (preferred).
5+ years of experience contributing to open source frameworks (preferred).
5+ years of experience creating synchronous and asynchronous APIs (preferred).
4+ years of experience with database management systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control (preferred).
