As a Full-stack Engineer 4 (Manager IC), you will join a team of makers to lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers. What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers focused on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
Develop robust cloud-based solutions using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and various programming languages like Java, Python, or Go.
Provide technical leadership to Agile teams by setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
Identify areas for improvement by performing targeted refactoring to reduce technical debt and enhance system performance.
Influence long-term technology strategy through the evaluation of emerging tools and practices.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and drive professional development within technical teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience coding with more than two of the following: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala (preferred).
3+ years of experience with database and database management systems (preferred).
4+ years of experience contributing to open source frameworks (preferred).
3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks (preferred).
