What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of new products and a team of full-stack developers across the entire technology stack.
Use modern AI tooling to prototype, generate, and ship features faster than traditional development methods.
Translate real-world business needs into shipped technical solutions and own them end-to-end.
Develop robust, cloud-based solutions using Java, Python, Go, and AWS services.
Provide technical leadership to set standards for design, development, and operational excellence in Agile teams.
Make pragmatic architecture decisions for systems requiring rapid and reliable growth.
Establish and enforce coding standards and design patterns across engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience coding with more than two of the following: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Scala (preferred).
3+ years of experience with database and database management systems (preferred).
4+ years of experience contributing to open source frameworks (preferred).
3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks (preferred).
