JOB TITLE: Full Stack Engineer 4 The Full Stack Engineer 4 joins the Developer Experience team to build a fully integrated developer tool ecosystem. You will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions meeting regulatory needs. Daily responsibilities include providing technical leadership across Agile teams, setting standards for design and operational excellence, and partnering with architects to define service boundaries and reusable frameworks. You will build robust cloud-based solutions using Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. The role requires expertise in Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS tools. You will proactively identify areas for improvement, perform targeted refactoring to reduce technical debt, and influence long-term technology strategy within a you build it, you own it environment.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions meeting regulatory needs.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using Java, Python, Go, and AWS tools to drive customer experiences.
Provide technical leadership across Agile teams to set standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
Identify areas for improvement by implementing targeted refactoring to reduce technical debt and enhance performance.
Influence long-term technology strategy by evaluating emerging tools and practices in a "you build it, you own it" environment.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share expertise on new technology trends.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience coding with more than two of the following: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala (preferred).
3+ years of experience with database and database management systems (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or cloud-based productivity tools or virtualization technologies (preferred).
4+ years of experience contributing to open source frameworks (preferred).
