What you'll do

Build and operate the agentic workflow harness for the AI content generation platform.
Implement generator agents, critic agents, and multi-section parallel orchestration for content pipelines.
Integrate the agentic pipeline with the enterprise LLM model gateway to manage API calls and rate limiting.
Instrument latency and quality metrics while handling backpressure for the LLM gateway.
Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers to create distributed microservices.
Develop robust cloud-based solutions using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to meet regulatory needs.
Establish and enforce coding standards and design patterns across the engineering team.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and drive professional development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience coding with more than two of the following: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala (preferred).
3+ years of experience with database and database management systems (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or cloud-based productivity tools or virtualization technologies (preferred).
4+ years of experience contributing to open source frameworks (preferred).
