Full Stack AI Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Maintain and evolve the end-to-end platform used for symbolication, aggregating, and clustering crash logs.
• Manage and scale production infrastructure including data pipelines, backend services, and user-facing applications.
• Tune evaluation infrastructure and tighten operational controls to ensure system reliability at scale.
• Improve auditability and debug trails for systems integrated with LLMs and AI agents.
• Prototype and integrate new capabilities into the existing stability analysis platform.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to investigate issues, refactor code, and increase team velocity.
• Manage distributed systems components such as load balancing, capacity planning, and throughput-bound services.

What we're looking for

• BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• Fluent use of AI-assisted development tools like coding agents and code review assistants.
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling distributed systems including load balancing and capacity planning.
• Track record of maintaining production services with a focus on observability, operational controls, and incident response.
• Strong full-stack instincts across data infrastructure, backend services, and user-facing surfaces.
• Proven ability to work independently on ambiguous, open-ended problems.
• Experience operating LLM or agent-based features in production environments is preferred.
