Full Stack AI Developer Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop and prototype Generative and Agentic AI applications with speed and agility.
• Implement, train, and fine-tune machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Build robust, scalable code for AI/ML systems focusing on production-level quality.
• Engineer and manage data handling pipelines to ensure high-quality data for training.
• Deploy AI applications using MLOps best practices in containerized environments.

What we're looking for

• Proficient in Python and AI-centric libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong background in machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.
• Expertise in handling large datasets for preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles, including Docker containerization and OpenShift deployment.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., Gemini, GPT series) and Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Advanced skills in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and RAG techniques.
