Senior Gen AI Developer - Vice President

What you'll do

• Design and implement generative AI solutions to address business challenges.
• Develop and fine-tune large language models using parameter-efficient techniques.
• Implement advanced generative AI methods like prompt engineering and RAG.
• Ensure robust deployment and scalability of AI models in production environments.
• Contribute to the development of real-time and streaming AI solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide code reviews for technical excellence.

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with large language models and fine-tuning techniques.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, model optimization, and advanced generative AI methods.
• Experience building RAG systems and working with hybrid search and multi-vector retrieval.
• Solid understanding of NLP tasks, transfer learning, and responsible AI practices.
• Expertise in containerization, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines for ML models, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
