What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience shipping production software end-to-end.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript with hands-on experience in FastAPI/aiohttp and Next.js.
  • Proven ability to build tools or features that another team adopted unprompted.
  • Demonstrated engineering judgment in scoping, including descoping underperforming features.
  • Comfortable working from observation rather than a written spec for at least one project.
  • Experience applying LLMs with shipped projects using an LLM API and debugging retrieval-augmented systems.
