What you'll do

Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Design and rapidly prototype innovative AI-powered solutions, including proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products.
Act as a technical translator between non-technical business users and core engineering teams.
Develop reference solutions using AI agents to set new standards for operational efficiency.
Define key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and ROI of AI initiatives.
Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to business users to ensure successful adoption.
Mentor and apprentice future experts to ensure the sustainability and scalability of AI capabilities.

What we're looking for

3-5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role such as software engineering, data science, or machine learning engineering.
Deep, hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, core machine learning concepts, natural language processing, and data modeling.
Demonstrated ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in a forward deployed, consulting, or client-facing technical role (preferred).
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms and associated AI/ML services (preferred).
