The Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, Sales Development joins the Marketing organization to embed directly with the Sales Development team. This role focuses on identifying high-leverage workflows to build custom AI tools, agents, automations, and skills that improve the speed and quality of sales development work. You will work with leadership to prioritize builds, ship quick prototypes, and ensure systems are reliable, documented, and maintainable. The position requires proficiency with AI development tools and platforms, including Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, and API integrations. You must demonstrate diagnostic thinking and experience deploying AI-powered workflows in production systems. The core work involves transforming sales development economics by using AI to compress multi-day processes and making new work viable through systematic automation and pattern recognition.
Identify high-leverage workflows by analyzing the processes, inputs, and outputs of the Sales Development team.
Build custom AI tools, agents, and automations tailored to specific Sales Development tasks.
Prioritize development projects with leadership based on potential impact and feasibility.
Ship rapid prototypes to users and iterate on them based on real-time feedback.
Ensure all built tools are reliable, well-documented, and maintainable as systems change.
Measure and report on the impact of shipped tools using before-and-after evidence of time and quality.
Partner with engineering and analytics teams to integrate tools into production systems.
What we're looking for
3+ years of professional experience in a role requiring diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, tools, automations, or workflows that measurably improved work speed or quality.
Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Comfort working across multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously.
Experience in a formal AI transformation or automation role identifying and executing workflow transformations (preferred).
Experience in sales development, sales operations, revenue operations, marketing operations, or a closely adjacent function (preferred).
Experience taking a prototype to something reliable, such as monitoring, documentation, or handoff to an engineering owner (preferred).
