What you'll do
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical modules and subassemblies efficiently.
Resolve module test and final qualification issues promptly.
Diagnose and fix multi-discipline test equipment problems.
Master and use Linux/Python for test rig qualification software.
Analyze RGA data to ensure parts meet contamination requirements.
Develop OCAPs, Fishbones, and troubleshooting guidelines for issues.
Support production staff with diagnostics qualification implementation.
What we're looking for
Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required
At least 2 years of experience in an engineering environment with complex manufacturing assemblies
Proficiency in servo and mechatronic control systems, integrated hardware/software testers, and vacuum systems
Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux/Python/Matlab for data analysis and software development
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and technical Production Engineering quality methodologies
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with strong communication skills
Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and provide occasional weekend coverage
