The Flight Controls & GNC Engineer role at TSC’s Airborne ISR Division is a senior position requiring extensive experience in fixed-wing unmanned aerial systems (UAS) flight controls and guidance, navigation, and control (GNC). - Translate complex flight control information into executable tasks for multiple projects.

What we're looking for
BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Controls engineering or related field plus 2+ years of experience with fixed wing UAS Flight Controls and GNC.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
Experience in technical project teams, assessing risk, and executing tasks for viable solutions.
Practical experience developing or improving fixed wing UAS technology.
Hands-on software development experience for flight controls and GNC systems.
Proficiency in hardware-in-the-loop simulators, testing, troubleshooting HW/SW interfaces.
Familiarity with software configuration management tools and workflows.
